Liz Writes . . . inTexas

Home

Liz Hoyt Eberle writes from her home in the Texas Hill Country where she lives out her passion weaving stories about everyday people who wander in and out of her life-- amazing people who often don't know how God uses them to encourage and bless the lives of others.

The stories Liz writes are both -

true & illusions of her heart !

Liz is now WAY out on a limb that is creaking. We've met most of the characters in her unpublished novel she is posting on line, chapter by chapter. But after a relatively quiet period in Freedom Searchers, things are changing at Stone Estates for the slave families in early 1800's Kentucky.  Liz's fictional characters still dream of living free, but the dream is cloaked in darkness and fear. The words are hard to write but a new chapter will post soon.

Way back in June of 2008, I accepted an assignment from A Cup of Comfort Book of Bible Promises to write a story based on Jeremiah 31:13. The true story recounts God's faithfulness in restoring my life and bonding two families in an amazing love story. The anthology will (finally!!) be published by Adams Media NEXT MONTH, March, 2010.

In addition to weaving words into stories, Liz finds joy as Dear Heart's wife and as Mom, Memaw, cook, confidant, and friend to an assortment of amazing and precious folks.
